<td colspan="2"><H3>Exciting Updates About Folk Dancing!</h3><br>
The Humboldt Folk Dancers have a new home for First Friday parties, special events and classes at the Redwood Raks World Dance Studio in the Creamery Building at 828 L Street in Arcata.<BR>
<BR>
Shoshanna and Adam have made the folk dance club a welcome part of the vibrant dance community that uses their studio. They help promote the variety of dance activities that happen at Redwood Raks and are encouraging all dancers to try all kinds of dance! (So check out the studio schedule and help welcome newcomers from other dance classes!)<a href="http://www.redwoodraks.com">http://www.redwoodraks.com</a>

<H3>NEW ADDITIONS!</h3><BR> 
Along with a new venue, we are also trying out some new activities at the monthly parties.<BR>
Each First Friday Party will start with a dance class at 7:00. This class will include new material as well as a chance to learn or review some of the dances and songs that will be included in the bands’ live music sets.

<h3>SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS!</h3><BR>
In addition to the great live music from our local folk bands, each monthly party will also include at least one special presentation, performance or demonstration.
